Jetson 1101 LLC is a privately held limited-liability company organized in the State of New Jersey, United States. The company was founded in 2026 and operates from Neptune, New Jersey. OMW (also marketed as "I'm On My Way!") is Jetson 1101 LLC's first product and is owned and operated solely by the company.

What we do
OMW is a mobile application available on the Apple App Store, with Google Play forthcoming, that helps people coordinate rides: carpools, school pickups, friend get-togethers, family chauffeur runs, and one-off "I'm on the way" updates. The app provides:
- Live ETA sharing from a driver to a chosen set of recipients for the duration of a single trip.
- Recurring carpool routes with a driver rotation, swap requests, and per-day overrides.
- Turn-by-turn navigation for drivers with automatic arrival detection.
- In-app group messaging so the riders on a carpool stay in sync.
- Transactional SMS notifications for sign-in verification, carpool trip alerts, and route invitations (account holders only; see our Privacy Policy, Section 6).
Why we built it
OMW exists to replace the daily friction of "where are you?" texts, half-coordinated school carpools, and the constant nag of checking in on a loved one's pickup. We designed the app to be useful in zero seconds, with one tap to share and one tap to track, and to stay out of the way the rest of the time. Location is only collected during an active trip the user starts, and sharing ends automatically. We do not sell user data and we do not show ads.

Legal & compliance
OMW handles users' real-time location and personal contact information. We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including California's CCPA/CPRA, and operate under our published Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. For SMS messaging we operate under registered A2P 10DLC compliance with our SMS provider, Twilio. We do not share user phone numbers or SMS opt-in status with any third party for marketing.
