How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Privacy & Safety → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and erases your profile, child profiles, routes you own, and all past trip data. If you can't access the app, email us at support@imonmyway.app from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
How do I stop receiving SMS from OMW?
Reply STOP to any OMW text message. You'll receive a confirmation and no further texts. To re-enable later, reply START. You can also email support@imonmyway.app with the phone number you'd like opted out.
When does OMW track my location?
Only while you've actively started a trip as the driver. The moment your trip ends (Complete, Cancel, or automatic arrival detection), location collection stops. OMW does not build a long-term location history. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Why didn't my SMS get delivered?
SMS delivery depends on the recipient's carrier and device. We don't guarantee on-time delivery — please don't rely on OMW for time-critical notifications where a missed message could cause harm. If you suspect a delivery problem, email us with the trip details.
Is OMW a safety or emergency service?
No. OMW is a coordination convenience — it lets a driver share a live location with the people they choose. We do not monitor trips, dispatch help, or guarantee anyone's safety. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
I changed my phone number. How do I update it?
Email us at support@imonmyway.app from the email on file. Because OMW uses your phone number for sign-in, we verify changes manually for security.
Which devices does OMW support?
iPhone running iOS 16 or later. Android support is in development.
Is OMW free?
Yes. There is no fee to use OMW. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply when OMW sends an SMS on your behalf.
