1. Who we are
OMW ("OMW," "we," "us," "our") is operated by Jetson 1101 LLC, a limited-liability company organized in the United States. We make a mobile app that helps drivers coordinate pickups, carpools, and live ETAs with the people they choose to share with.

2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information OMW collects, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the controls you have. It applies to your use of the OMW mobile app (iOS and Android), the OMW website at imonmyway.app, and the web-based "live tracker" links that recipients tap to see a driver's ETA.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide when you sign up
- Name (first, last)
- Phone number (used for sign-in, account recovery, and SMS notifications)
- Email address (optional)
- Home address (optional — used to suggest your usual stop on a carpool)
- Profile photo (optional)
- Vehicle details (optional — make, model, color, license plate; shown to passengers so they recognize the car)
- Emergency contact (optional — name + phone)
3.2 Child profile information you create
If you add a child to OMW, you provide that child's first name and, optionally, age, phone number, or email. Child profiles are visible only to you and to other parents who are members of the same route as your child. You can edit or delete a child profile at any time from Profile → Child Profiles.
We never market to children. OMW is intended for parents and caregivers; children's information exists in the app solely so the right adults can coordinate pickups.
3.3 Information we collect automatically when you use OMW
Location data. OMW only collects your device's location while you have actively started a trip as the driver. We use foreground and background location to keep your live ETA accurate for the people you selected to share with, and to detect when you've arrived at a stop or the destination. The moment your trip ends (Complete, Cancel, or automatic arrival detection), location collection stops.
We do not track your location when you're not actively running a trip. We do not build a long-term location history.
Trip event data. When you drive a trip, we record what we need to make the trip work: timestamps for "trip started," "arrived at stop," "picked up," "trip completed," and the latitude/longitude of those events.
Device + diagnostics. We collect crash logs, error reports, and basic device info (OS version, app version, anonymous device ID) via Sentry to fix bugs. We do not collect advertising identifiers.
3.4 Information you choose to import
Contacts. If you tap "Pick from Contacts" while inviting people to a route or sending a Quick ETA, OMW will read your device contact list — only the contacts you actually select are saved to your OMW account. We never upload your full contact list to our servers.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Create and authenticate your account
- Show you your routes, trips, and the people you've added
- Share your live location with the recipients you chose, only while you have an active trip running
- Send the SMS, push, or in-app notifications you've configured (trip starting, stop is close, arrived, etc.)
- Detect when you've arrived at a stop so we can automatically advance the trip
- Fix bugs and improve the app (via crash reports)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share data with brokers.
5. Who we share information with
5.1 Other OMW users you've chosen
- Members of your routes see your name and any vehicle details you added to your profile.
- People you share a trip with (whether route members or one-off Quick ETA recipients) see your live location while the trip is active.
5.2 Recipients of a Quick ETA "tracker link"
A Quick ETA generates a web URL anyone can open without an account. The URL gives the recipient your live ETA and a map for the duration of that single trip. The link expires automatically 30 minutes after the trip ends or is cancelled. The link is not indexed and is only accessible to people you sent the URL to (via the SMS we send on your behalf).

We use the following sub-processors. Each handles only the data needed to do its job.

5.4 Legal disclosures
We may disclose information if we are required to by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OMW, our users, or the public.
5.5 Business transfers
If Jetson 1101 LLC merges, is acquired, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you (in-app or by email) before that happens.
6. SMS messaging (A2P 10DLC notice)

OMW sends three types of SMS — sign-in verification codes, carpool trip notifications, and route invitations — to the mobile phone number you entered when you created your OMW account.
How you opt in. You consent to receive these SMS by entering your own mobile phone number during account signup. The signup screen displays the following disclosure directly above the verification button:
"By tapping Send Verification Code, you agree to receive SMS messages from OMW including sign-in verification codes, trip notifications from your carpools, and route invitations. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
Tapping Send Verification Code is the opt-in action.
- Sign-in verification codes: a 6-digit code when you sign in to OMW on a new device.
- Carpool trip notifications: when a driver in a carpool you are a member of starts a trip — "driver is on the way," ETA updates ("5 / 10 / 20 min away"), "arrived at stop," and trip-completion confirmations.
- Route invitations: when another OMW user adds you to a recurring carpool, a notification with a link to view the route in the app.
- Message frequency: varies — zero in a quiet month, several per trip when your carpools are active.
- Carriers and cost: standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. OMW does not charge for SMS; your carrier may.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any OMW SMS at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been opted out, and we will not send further SMS. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account or push notifications.
- Help: reply HELP to any OMW SMS for support info, or email support@imonmyway.app.
- Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in status to any third party for marketing. The only third party involved in SMS delivery is Twilio, our SMS provider (listed in Section 5.3).
7. How long we keep information

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & Safety → Delete account. Account deletion erases your profile, child profiles, routes you own, and all your past trip data.
8. Your choices and rights
- See or correct your data: Edit any field at Profile → Edit profile.
- Notification controls: Profile → Notifications.
- Stop location sharing immediately: Tap "Cancel trip" on any active trip. Location sharing stops the moment you confirm.
- Delete your account: Profile → Privacy & Safety → Delete account.
- Opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any OMW SMS, or contact support@imonmyway.app.
If you are in California, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@imonmyway.app to exercise these rights.
9. Security
Every database table OMW uses has row-level security policies that restrict reads and writes to the user(s) that owns the data. Network traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS. We store credentials only on the device's secure keystore (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore).
No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@imonmyway.app.
10. Children under 13
OMW is intended for use by adults (parents, caregivers, drivers). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Child profile information is provided by a parent or caregiver and is used solely to coordinate pickups; we never market to children.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information directly, please contact support@imonmyway.app and we will delete it.
11. International users
OMW is operated from the United States. If you use OMW from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. Different data-protection laws may apply to your information in the U.S. than in your home country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
