SMS Terms & Opt-In Disclosure

1. Who we are

OMW ("OMW," "we," "us," "our") is operated by Jetson 1101 LLC, a limited-liability company organized in the United States. OMW is a carpool and ride-coordination mobile app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Every SMS recipient on our messaging campaign is an OMW account holder who entered their own mobile phone number during signup.

This page documents how end users opt in to SMS from OMW, what we send, frequency, cost, and how to stop. It is the canonical, single-source reference for our A2P 10DLC campaign. Full data-handling details are in our Privacy Policy, and overall service rules are in our Terms of Use.

2. How you opt in (Call to Action)

You opt in by creating an OMW account inside the OMW mobile app. The signup screen requires you to enter your own mobile phone number. Directly above the "Send Verification Code" button, the screen displays this verbatim disclosure:

Immediately below the disclosure paragraph the signup screen also shows the line: "See our Terms, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms."

Tapping Send Verification Code is the explicit opt-in action. Users who do not tap that button do not receive any SMS.

3. What we send

TypeWhen it's sent
Sign-in verification code A 6-digit code, sent when the account holder signs in on a new device.
Carpool trip notifications When a driver in a carpool the account holder belongs to starts a trip — "driver is on the way," ETA updates (5 / 10 / 20 minutes away), "arrived at stop," and trip-completion confirmations.
Route invitations When another OMW account holder adds the recipient to a recurring carpool, a notification with a link to view the route inside the app.

Phone numbers and SMS consent details are retained for the lifetime of the OMW account and deleted on account deletion. Full data-handling details are in our Privacy Policy.
